| Description | The Thunder beach club will be running 3 tournaments during the summer open to anyone interested in a day of match play. We will be running 3 types of beach volleyball tournaments. The first one (June 13th) will be a queen of the beach format where you play individually with a new partner each match. The second tournament (July 25th) will be co-rec pairs (girl/boy pairs). The last tournament (August 8th) will be a double elimination draw (this is the format that the FIVB International Beach Tour and the AVP American Pro Beach Tour uses). The tournaments will be run according to age group (12U, 13-14U, 15-16U, 17-18U). |
| Special Instructions | Please bring a large waterbottle, sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, a towel and multiple layers of clothing.
RAIN OUT POLICY: We will always play through rain and cold! The only things that will keep us off the sand are lightning, hail, snow, and thunder. Participants will be notified via phone and email in the case of a cancellation. |
